PPC assembler
I spent a lot of this evening looking for a good reference manual about programming in assembler on PPC CPUs. As a note to myself and to others looking, IBM has the best reference that I've found. If you're looking for a PowerPC assembly book, it's pretty useful.

The big question now of course is: what is broken there that you are studying PPC asm? :)

And I have to agree, depending on the actual product and the group it came from of course, IBM technical documentation is, from what I read upto now, quite good.

No, the question is: What *will* break there that you are studying PPC asm? ;)

However, you still have to worry about waaaay too many core-specific things, especially when math gets involved.
